FAQ

Each and every order is custom-printed and require up to 7 business days to finish. Most orders are dispatched within 5 business days or less. Shipping time is added on top of this.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay and Paypal. Amex and Discover cards can be used through the Paypal guest checkout.

All sales are finals. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

Please note: discount codes cannot be applied to digital products and e-gift cards.

At this moment, we do offer international shipping which takes 7 - 14 business days to be delivered once fulfilled.

At this moment, we do not offer expedited shipping. Once fulfilled, US Domestic orders take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered.

The best course of action is to report and file the package as missing mail. Legendary Rootz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Legendary Rootz will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Once orders are returned to our warehouse, address updates require a reshipment fee. Please email us orders@LegendaryRootz.com and we'll be glad to help you! Please note: After 15 business days, returned items will be marked as unclaimed.

All of our items go through quality control before being shipped out! However, If an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment  orders@LegendaryRootz.com with your order number, photos of the item received, and billing address.

Our items are often shipped from different locations. Please pay close attention to ship dates and email us at Orders@LegendaryRootz.com if your fulfillment time has passed.

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, you may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
